Joe Rosenthal
A passion for the game of golf combined with strength and conditioning helped guide Joe Rosenthal to obtain his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in physical therapy from San Diego State University.
After completing his degree, Joe received his Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Certification (F1 & F2 Fitness & J2 Junior).
Kinect Performance in Pleasanton is where Joe performs his highly accredited rotational athlete conditioning programs and classes.
Connor Gerardo
Connor Gerardo acquired his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with a secondary field of study in Health Studies from the University of San Francisco. Connor holds his personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Connor also holds a Stretch and Flexibility certification from the NASM. He has a passion for the game of golf, human anatomy, and movement.
Connor is an active all around athlete, long time member of Castlewood Country Club, and aspiring golf professional making a run at the PGA Tour.
Carlo Luis Santos
Carlo Luis Santos received his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise and Fitness Sciences from San Jose State University. As a certified ISSA Personal Trainer, he has great experience working in group and one-on-one settings with his clients.
Carlo enjoys being active and working on his own fitness in his free time. With a calling for health and wellness, Carlo works hard to help others reach their potential and actualize their goals. Carlo is in the process of receiving his stretch and mobility certification, a service performed at Kinect Performance!
Shawn Zereh
Fitness has been a huge part of Shawn’s life for as long as he can remember. He has played sports all his life, from football in high school, to rugby in college at Cal Poly Humboldt.
His own fitness journey started out like many others, trying to get stronger and build confidence. Over the years, it turned into something much bigger. He fell in love with the process and the experience of helping others reach their goals! Shawn has spent the last several years learning everything he can about strength training, recovery, and performance.
As a strength coach, Shawn focuses on building real, functional strength that translates beyond the gym. Whether that’s improving your game on the field, feeling better day-to-day, or just becoming more confident in your body. He loves working with people who are serious about putting in the work and seeing real results.
Chris McLaughlin
Chris is Certified by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC), and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) with a lifelong passion for fitness, sports, and personal growth. Athletics shaped his character from an early age- he played basketball, football, and ran track, building discipline, resilience, and a strong sense of teamwork.
Chris has had the privilege of coaching flag football, where he discovered a deep passion for working with kids and helping them build confidence through movement and mindset. He believes that seeing someone grow physically, mentally, and emotionally is one of the most rewarding aspects of coaching.
Spiritual by nature and endlessly curious, Chris spends much of his free time reading and studying different religions, cultures, astrology, and numerology. Having overcome numerous challenges in his own life, he is committed to empowering others.
He believes that hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work hard. Chris enjoys being outdoors, hiking, traveling, and embracing new experiences. His purpose is to uplift others, inspire transformation, and lead by example proving that with effort, faith, and perseverance, anything is achievable.
